88tmt Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 88tmt ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 88tmt platform at https://88tmt.app ("Platform"), including all casino games, sports betting, bingo, slots, and related services offered thereon.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the 88tmt Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any games on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform in your individual capacity.
• You must not be located in, a national of, or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of 88tmt, its affiliates, or any software provider supplying games to the Platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 88tmt or PAGCOR.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

88tmt reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued Philippine identification, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 88tmt Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery, all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances therein may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. 88tmt is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify 88tmt immediately via the customer support live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 88tmt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, 88tmt is required to conduct identity verification on all players. You consent to 88tmt collecting, processing, and verifying your personal information as part of its KYC obligations. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the 88tmt Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where currency conversion is required, exchange rates applied will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 88tmt accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your 88tmt wallet in real time for e-wallet methods and within standard bank processing times for bank transfers. 88tmt does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processors not listed on the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within approximately fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. 88tmt reserves the right to conduct additional verification prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000.

4.4 Player Funds

Player deposit funds are held in segregated accounts separate from 88tmt's operating capital, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. This arrangement is intended to protect player funds in the event of company insolvency, though it does not constitute a guarantee.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by 88tmt are subject to individual terms applicable to each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus conditions applicable unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds and are used last.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 88tmt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or disqualify a player from bonus eligibility where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.
• Bonus winnings obtained through the use of multiple accounts, fraudulent deposits, or collusion will be forfeited.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 88tmt Platform — including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, and RNG-based casino games — operate under individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall govern for that specific game.

88tmt's RNG-based games are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories for randomness and fairness. Live dealer games are conducted in real time and are subject to the same integrity standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within the game information panel for each title.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game, 88tmt will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute based on game logs. 88tmt's determination in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88tmt Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or Platform feature.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of payment transactions.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of crime, in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA).
• Providing false identity information or misrepresenting your age, location, or eligibility status.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured games to obtain winnings not generated through fair play.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including structured deposits designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements.

8. Responsible Gaming

88tmt is committed to promoting responsible gambling in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and its own internal policies. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits settable in real time from account settings. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Optional notifications after pre-set intervals of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of account access ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform, during which no deposits, gameplay, or bonus claims are permitted.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

88tmt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• A player is identified as being under 21 years of age.
• KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable period upon request.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player or flagged by PAGCOR.

Upon closure of an account for legitimate reasons not involving misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88tmt Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and domain names, is the exclusive intellectual property of 88tmt or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from 88tmt.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 88tmt, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet disruptions, unauthorized account access, or reliance on Platform content.

88tmt's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by 88tmt's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy as amended from time to time.

13. Amendments to These Terms

88tmt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. PAGCOR regulations and directives shall take precedence in all matters relating to the licensing and operation of 88tmt.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 88tmt's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
